Items ship for free to DKI Jakarta area with the total purchase of Rp. 220.000 and up (shipping is Rp 35.000 if you don't meet the target purchase amount). Please contact us or WhatsApp us at +6281298613265 to confirm address coverage.

For shipment to other cities or outside of Jakarta please contact us through WhatsApp +6281298613265 or by clicking on the WhatsApp button on the right corner of our web page. Probiotic Mix and condiments can not be shipped to other cities.

Unless instructed otherwise in the note section in the check out page or thru WhatsApp message, we generally ship within 1 day after order is placed except for items that require special purchase order. Drink items are fragile and in need for refrigeration at all times, so we expect your full cooperation to comply. Failure to do so will forfeit our money-back-guarantee policy.
